Linda Plaisted
Linda Plaisted is a classically-trained painter, photographer and mixed media artist who has exhibited her work in galleries and museums throughout North America. Her work is held in private collections worldwide.
Each piece of artwork she creates is layered by hand with images she has captured in her original photography, drawings, paintings and collected ephemera to create mixed media pieces with subtle depth and dreamlike detail. Her unique vision for the landscapes in which we live, reverence for the natural world and ability to conjure bittersweet emotion from calm, uncluttered compositions is her trademark narrative style.
